Abu dhabi: Under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of the UAE Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman, the fourth edition of the Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition is scheduled to open tomorrow at Emirates Hospitality Hall, continuing through September 16. The event will gather prominent real estate developers, senior officials, policymakers, experts, and industry specialists.
According to Emirates News Agency, Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director-General of the Ajman Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, stated that the exhibition's fourth consecutive edition underscores the department's dedication to highlighting Ajman's investment potential. It aims to showcase promising real estate projects and the various opportunities available to investors and industry stakeholders in the region.
Al Muhairi emphasized that Ajman's real estate market is a favorable destination for investment. The market is supported by its strong competitiveness, flexible and investor-friendly regulations, advanced infrastructure, and integrated government services. These factors contribute to facilitating business activity and supporting the ongoing growth of the emirate's real estate sector.
The previous edition of the event drew 4,082 visitors and recorded 891 transactions with a total value exceeding AED 442 million. Al Muhairi noted that these figures demonstrate the event's success and the increasing confidence of investors and entrepreneurs in Ajman's real estate opportunities.
