An earthquake measuring six magnitude on the Richter scale hit on Monday Northern Samar province in the Philippines. The earthquake occurred 430 km from the town of Pambujan, at a depth of 10 km, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology reported. There have been no reports of casualties or material damage due to the earthquake.
