Abdullah Bin Zayed and Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Discuss Bilateral Cooperation

Abu Dhabi: H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, today received Jeyhun Bayramov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, in Abu Dhabi. During the meeting, the diplomats explored avenues for enhancing cooperation in development, economy, and investment to serve the mutual interests of both countries and support their sustainable development goals.

According to Emirates News Agency, H.H. Sheikh Abdullah expressed his appreciation for the visit of the Azerbaijani foreign minister, highlighting the robust and expanding relations between the UAE and Azerbaijan. He emphasized the dedication to strengthening ties on all fronts for the prosperity of both nations.

The discussions also covered regional and international issues of shared interest. Sheikh Abdullah acknowledged the recent peace negotiations between Azerbaijan and Armenia, underscoring the significance of this development in fostering security, stability, and progress in both countries and the broader Caucasus area.

The meeting was also attended by Ahmed bin Ali Al Sayegh, Minister of State.
