ABU DHABI: H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, on Wednesday, received Chen Miner, Member of the Politburo of the Chinese Communist Party and Communist Party Secretary of Tianjin, in Abu Dhabi. The meeting focused on bilateral relations and the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries, exploring opportunities to further enhance cooperation in various sectors, including investment, trade, economy, and culture. Sheikh Abdullah and Miner discussed several topics of mutual interest, particularly in light of the 40th anniversary of establishing diplomatic ties between the UAE and China in 1984. Sheikh Abdullah welcomed Miner's visit, expressing pride in the growing UAE-China relationship, which he said has led to significant achievements for both countries. He also emphasised the importance of sustaining this momentum to support mutual development goals.
