Abdullah II heads to Cairo to hold a Jordanian-Egyptian-Emirati summit

Baghdad, The Jordanian Royal Court announced today, Sunday, that King Abdullah II headed to Cairo to hold a Jordanian-Egyptian-Emirati tripartite meeting.

The Jordanian Royal Court said in a tweet on “Twitter” that King Abdullah II left the country, accompanied by his Crown Prince, Prince Hussein bin Abdullah, heading to Cairo to “hold a Jordanian-Egyptian-Emirati tripartite meeting.”

The official Jordanian news agency (Petra) also stated that the Jordanian king will hold a meeting with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, Mohammed bin Zayed.

Prince Faisal bin Al Hussein was sworn in as Deputy to His Majesty the King (during his visit to Cairo), in the presence of the Ministry Body.

The Agency did not provide any details about the topics that the three leaders will discuss.
