ACSAD Concludes Meetings in Cairo

Cairo, The 36th general assembly of Arab Center for Studies for Arid Zones and Drylands (ACSAD) virtually concluded in Cairo today, held under the chairmanship of Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation Assayid Algasir in the attendance of Arab ministers of agriculture.

Cairo declaration, issued by the ministers calls for adaptation with climate changes and alleviating their negative impact on the Arab region.

They lauded the Middle East initiative submitted by HRH the Crown Prince of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, noting its importance in enhancing the inclusive concept for increasing the green areas to reduce carbon emissions and temperature degrees not to affect climate change.
