Acting Governor of Dhalea: September 21 Revolution embodied people’s will for freedom & independence

Dhalea (Saba) - The Acting governor of Dhalea, Abdul Latif Al-Shagdari, sent a congratulatory telegram to the Leader of the Revolution, al-Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi, and the President of the Supreme Political Council, Mahdi Al-Mashat, on the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the glorious September 21 Revolution.
