ABU DHABI: Ahmed bin Ali Al Sayegh, Minister of State, met with Željka Cvijanovic, Serb member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as part of efforts to strengthen relations between the UAE and Bosnia and Herzegovina and build upon the close ties between the two countries. During the meeting, the two sides discussed prospects of cooperation between the two nations across various fields, particularly in tourism, education, health and aviation. The meeting reflects the intention of both sides to pursue further opportunities in multiple sectors. Furthermore, they expressed their keenness to explore areas of common interest for future cooperation, and to strengthen bilateral ties to achieve mutual benefit for both countries and their peoples. Source: Emirates News Agency The Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, 'Al-Siddiq Al-Kabir,' received on Wednesday the Turkish Ambassador to Libya, 'Kanaan Yilmaz,' in the presence of the Commercial Advisor, 'Youssef Yildiz.' Central Bank sources stated that the meeting reviewed cooperation between the two countries in the banking and financial field, and support for Central Bank in resolving bottlenecks resulting from the cessation of projects during the past years. During the meeting, the readiness of Turkish companies to resume the implementation of their projects in various regions of Libya and to participate in the reconstruction of Derna and the areas affected by the flood, was also discussed.
