Tripoli: The Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, "Taher Al-Baour", and the Ugandan Foreign Minister, "Gigi Odongo", discussed ways to resume the work of the Ugandan embassy from the capital, Tripoli, and Libyan investments operating in Kampala and how to address and resolve related problems.
