The head of the government of national unity, “Abdul Hamid Al-Dabaiba,” congratulated “Mohammed Takala” on his election as head of the High Council of the State, to succeed Khaled al-Mashri.
And according to the government’s media office,( I congratulate Mr. “Mohamed Takala” on winning the confidence of the members of the High Council of State in the elections for the presidency of the Council, and I stress his hand that the Council has a biased role with the will of the Libyans to hold elections and end the transitional stages, wishing him success in his duties as head of the High Council of State).
