Al-Kadhimi heads to Cairo today, Monday, to participate in an Emirati-Egyptian-Bahraini-Jordanian summit

Baghdad, Iraqi sources revealed, on Sunday, that Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi will travel to Egypt today, Monday, to participate in a mini-Arab summit to be held in the city of El Alamein.

The sources said that “Al-Kadhimi will participate in a summit attended by the Egyptian President, the King of Jordan, the king of Bahrain and the UAE president.”

They added, “Maybe the Saudi Crown Prince, Mohammed bin Salman, will attend the summit.”

They pointed out that “the summit will discuss the latest developments in the region.”

The President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, arrived in the city of El Alamein in Egypt, and was received by Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.

Egypt, Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Iraq all share multiple economic cooperation agreements.
