The Deputy of the Presidential Council, in his capacity as the Supreme Commander of the Libyan Army, Musa Al-Koni, met with the Commander of the Counter-Terrorism Force, Major General, Muhammad Al-Zain, who explained to him the work of the force and the tasks assigned to it, and the "Desert Tigers" live ammunition mobilization exercise conducted by the force and its affiliated units, during the past two days, in the Al-Namoua area, south of Al-Saddada. Major General Al-Zaint reviewed during the meeting held today, Tuesday; the successes achieved by the force in the exercise by carrying out strikes against virtual terrorist groups, stationed in the valley's ravines and caves, to test the readiness of the force's members, and raise their ability to repel any aggression and implement defensive military orders. The Supreme Commander of the Army stressed the role of the force in maintaining security, combating terrorism, and drying up its sources in cooperation with the security and military services in all regio ns. During the meeting, according to the media office of the Presidential Council; emphasis was placed on supporting the force with qualified human elements and logistical capabilities that enable it to perform its tasks with all competence.
