Tripoli: The President of the High Council of State, ‘Mohamed Takala,’ met today, Monday, with the President of the Presidential Council, ‘Mohamed Al-Manfi,’ at the headquarters of the Presidential Council in the capital, Tripoli.
During the meeting, they discussed the political situation in the country, the initiative of the UN envoy Abdullah Batili, and how to reach consensuses that contribute to achieving stability
