Tripoli: The Supreme Commander of the Libyan Army, Muhammad al-Manfi, met in his office with the Chief of General Staff, Lieutenant General Muhammad al-Haddad, who gave him a comprehensive briefing on the situation at the Ras-Jideer border crossing from a security and military perspective.
