The second edition of Al-Namas International Sculpture Forum in Aseer is captivating audiences with a talent showcase from renowned sculptors across the Arab world. The event is being held on Al-Dabab Street in the governance area as part of Al-Namas Summer festivities. Artists from Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, Sudan, Oman, Egypt, and Kuwait are particpating until the end of August. The event's mountainous setting, coupled with frequent rain and mist, has added a unique and inspiring dimension. Omani sculptor Ali Al-Jabri described the experience as "a pivotal moment in my artistic journey." He added, "This is an extraordinary location, and the experience has been exceptional. Working with granite for the first time has been a thrilling challenge." Al-Jabri expressed enthusiasm for creating a piece worthy of the symposium's prestigious reputation.
