Cairo, Secretary General of the Arab League (AL) Ahmed Abdul Ghait expressed his organization’s condemnation and denunciation of the statements criticizing the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia following OPEC+ decision to partially cut oil quotas of the member states.
Jamal Rushdi, Spokesman of the secretary general of AL, said in a statement today that such statements stay away from facts as they are based only on complete politicization of purely economic decisions that everybody knows they are essential for the stability of the global economy amid serious challenges facing it.
The spokesman lauded the Saudi balanced approach that is well known of its role in stabilizing the oil markets as well as its consistent and principled positions towards regional and international political issues.
