Abu dhabi: Aldar has announced the launch of the first phase of Yas Park Place, a new residential community situated in the heart of Yas Island. This development introduces a garden-led living concept aimed at enhancing everyday life in one of the UAE's iconic destinations.
According to Emirates News Agency, the development is located on the northern side of Yas Island. It benefits from its proximity to attractions such as the upcoming Disney Abu Dhabi, Yas Acres Golf and Country Club, Yas Mall, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, SeaWorld Abu Dhabi, Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi, Yas Marina Circuit, Yas Waterworld, Yas Links, and Topgolf. Residents will enjoy easy access to these leisure and entertainment offerings, making Yas Park Place a desirable location.
The development consists of six mid-rise buildings that emphasize natural light, functionality, and seamless indoor-outdoor connectivity. The first phase of sales is set to commence on 16th April. A landscaped podium level, inspired by desert oases, acts as a green sanctuary promoting wellness, movement, and social connections. This includes experiential gardens such as an Aqua Garden, Reflective Garden, Zen Garden, and co-working gardens.
