Anti-Corruption Commission receives Health & Environment Minister’s Declaration

The Deputy Chairman of the Supreme National Anti-Corruption Commission, Raydan Mohammed Al-Mutawakel, received on Monday the first financial disclosure statement from the Health and Environment Minister , Dr. Ali Abdulkarim Sheiban. During the receipt of the declaration, in the presence of Commission members, Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Kameem, Engineer Harith Al-Omari, and Dr. Maryam Al-Joufi, the Deputy Chairman of the Commission appreciated the keenness of Health and Environment Minister to quickly submit his financial disclosure statement in compliance with the provisions of the Financial Disclosure Law No. (30) of 2006. Al-Mutawakel pointed to the Health Ministry's role as a partner in anti-corruption efforts within the framework of integration between the Commission and the government. For his part, the Health and Environment Minister emphasized that his submission of the financial disclosure comes in compliance with the provisions of the Financial Disclosure Law and in order to promote and protect the integrit y of public servants.
