Aquaculture Products Festival in Al Wathba concludes


ABU DHABI: The inaugural Local Aquaculture Products Festival concluded yesterday after a six-day run at the Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Agricultural Excellence Award Pavilion at the Sheikh Zayed Festival in Al Wathba, Abu Dhabi.

The festival saw significant involvement from aquaculture farms nationwide, serving as a crucial marketing platform for promoting their products and building consumer confidence. It also provided an opportunity for the exchange of expertise and experiences regarding the development of production processes in this vital sector, now a cornerstone in highlighting the key role of the aquaculture sector in the food security system.

The event featured a variety of heritage, cultural, entertainment and community activities, attracting a diverse audience of all ages. Attendees enjoyed a family-friendly atmosphere filled with fun and entertainment, as well as workshops and live performances focusing on the UAE’s aquaculture sector.
