The Arab Observatory for Human Rights denounced the Israeli occupation forces' issuance of forced eviction orders north of Rafah and south of Khan Yunis, in Gaza Strip, and cautioned against Israeli escalation and its continued perpetration of genocide. In a statement issued today, the observatory stated that eviction orders are considered a crime against humanity in the International Criminal Court statutes, and represent a blatant violation of human rights, in this case, of the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people. The observatory regards the recurrence of Israeli occupation forces' crimes in Al-Mawasi area as another chapter in the ongoing series of oppressive acts against the Palestinian people and humanity, and urges immediate international intervention to halt this brutal aggression and ensure the protection of the Palestinian people.
