CAIRO: Adel bin Abdulrahman Al Asoomi, Speaker of the Arab Parliament, has condemned the attack targeting the residence of the Head of the UAE Mission in the Sudanese capital, Khartoum. In a statement today, Al Asoomi emphasised the need to protect the sanctity of diplomatic missions and their premises, as well as to respect international conventions, including the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations. He reiterated his firm rejection of all forms of violence and terrorism aimed at undermining security and stability, which are in clear violation of international law. Source: Emirates News Agency
