Switzerland managed to level the score in the 67th minute with a goal from Dan Ndoye. The match remained tied at 1-1 at the end of regular time. In extra time, Julián Álvarez scored in the 112th minute to restore Argentina's lead. Lautaro Martínez then secured the win with a third goal in the first minute of the second period of extra time. Argentina will now face England in the semi-finals.
