Abu Dhabi:The Endowments and Minors' Funds Management Authority, known as Awqaf Abu Dhabi, is showcasing its latest innovations at the "Ai Everything Abu Dhabi," a major global expo and summit taking place in October 2026. The event highlights Awqaf's pioneering AI-supported digital transformation solutions aimed at enhancing the management of endowments and minors' funds, and promoting sustainable societal impact.
According to Emirates News Agency, the centerpiece of Awqaf Abu Dhabi's exhibit is the launch of a photoreal AI agent. This agent is designed as a single point of contact for users to engage with Awqaf services via voice or text in any of 150 languages, including Arabic and English. It provides personalized guidance for accessing the correct service or taking the next step. Attendees at the event have the opportunity to interact with the AI agent directly at the Awqaf Abu Dhabi Stand.
The launch is in line with the UAE's National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence 2031, underscoring Awqaf Abu Dhabi's dedication to integrating conversational and multilingual AI solutions into its systems. This includes unifying endowment and financial data, and utilizing advanced analytics to bolster transparency, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making, ultimately making services more effective and seamless.
Director-General Fahad Abdulqader Al Qassim emphasized that Awqaf's digital transformation journey aligns with Abu Dhabi's vision of a leading government in artificial intelligence. He highlighted AI's role in enhancing transparency, operational efficiency, and governance, thus protecting endowment assets and improving service quality.
Awqaf Abu Dhabi's participation in the expo marks a strategic move to implement practical solutions and foster cooperation with global technology leaders. The authority plans to introduce a smart application in two phases, focusing first on minors' funds and then on endowments, aiming to offer a secure and reliable digital experience for beneficiaries.
Additionally, Awqaf Abu Dhabi is presenting next-generation smart systems for managing endowment assets and financial flows, along with analytical dashboards for real-time decision support. The Authority highlights endowment campaigns in life, orphans, education, innovation, and heritage, showcasing technology's role in scalable endowment models.
These technological solutions are designed to enhance information access, clarify endowment performance, and streamline processes, all while maintaining regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, and data governance as per UAE standards.
