Bain Capital Opens Office in ADGM, Strengthening Ties with Middle Eastern Markets

Abu dhabi: Bain Capital, a global private investment firm, has announced the opening of its new office in ADGM, Abu Dhabi's international financial centre. This move underscores Bain Capital's commitment to fostering investment relationships and supporting growth across key sectors within the Middle East.

According to Emirates News Agency, the establishment of the Abu Dhabi office is a strategic step in reinforcing Bain Capital's capital formation efforts. The new office aims to solidify long-term relationships with regional investors and bolster the expansion of select Bain Capital portfolio companies in the region. With a focus on sectors like aviation, healthcare, digital infrastructure, and financial technology, the firm seeks to connect businesses with regional capital, customers, talent, and strategic partners.

The office is poised to position Bain Capital to explore more direct investment opportunities as the Middle Eastern markets develop. It will serve as a regional hub, enhancing the firm's engagement and connectivity within the Middle East while aligning with Bain Capital's global operations.

David Gross, Managing Partner at Bain Capital, emphasized the firm's enduring partnerships in the Middle East, highlighting shared values and long-term orientation. Gross noted that establishing a presence in Abu Dhabi would enhance Bain Capital's ability to serve investors, support portfolio companies, and engage with stakeholders to create long-term value.
