The spokesman for the House of Representatives, "Abdullah Balhiq", announced that the council voted today, Monday, to approve the appointment of "Al-Naji Muhammad Issa" as governor of the Central Bank of Libya and "Marai Al-Barasi" as his deputy. "Balhiq" added in a press statement that the council decided during its session held at its headquarters in the city of Benghazi in the presence of "108" representatives to form a board of directors for the bank within ten days of the ratification of this agreement.
