Tripoli: UN Envoy Abdoulaye Bathily met yesterday with the Italian Ambassador to Libya, Gianluca Alberini, within the framework of his consultations with the diplomatic corps accredited to Libya.
The UNSMIL said in a statement that Bathily reviewed with Alberini the current political developments in the country.
The UNSMIL added that the two sides agreed to urge key Libyan actors and institutions to come together and agree on an inclusive solution.
