Border Guards in Jazan Arrest 13 Individuals for Attempting to Smuggle 210 Kilograms of Khat

Riyadh: The Border Guard land patrols in Al-Dayer sector of the Jazan Region have arrested 13 Ethiopian individuals for attempting to smuggle 210 kilograms of khat. Preliminary statutory procedures have been completed, and the seizures were handed over to the competent authority. The security authorities call upon citizens and residents to report any information related to drug smuggling or selling to the General Directorate of Narcotics Control by calling 911 for Makkah, Riyadh, and the Eastern Regions, or 999 for the rest of the regions, or by emailing [email protected].
