Boushah briefs officials of the UK Embassy in Libya on the outputs of the work of the (6 + 6) committee.

The Second Deputy President of the High Council of State, “Omar Boushah,” discussed today, Thursday, with the Director of the Political Department at the UK Embassy to Libya, “Elizabeth Wilson,” ways to move forward to create the appropriate conditions for holding free and fair elections in the country.

During the meeting, which was held at the Council’s headquarters in Tripoli, in the presence of the Political Affairs Adviser at the British Embassy in Libya, “Farouk Al-Najah,” Abusah and “Wilson” were briefed on the outputs of the work of the Committee (6 + 6) to develop a presidential election law and the National Assembly election law, and the important progress it has made.
