The boycott process team for American goods that support the Zionist entity held a meeting today ,Monday, at the Customs Authority, headed by the Customs Authority’s Undersecretary for Technical Affairs, Abdul Karim Rasa’.
The meeting discussed efforts to implement Ministry of Industry and Trade’s decision related to boycotting American goods that support the Zionist entity.
The team explained that customs offices, departments and centers continue to work with mechanisms to prevent the entry of all goods included in the boycott into the country in accordance with the specific and approved lists based on the decision of the Ministry of Industry issued on October 31, 2023 AD, and in accordance with the grace period specified for three months for goods that were contracted for before the issuance of the decision. The boycott is based on the decision of the caretaker Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs and the Minister of Finance.
The meeting stressed the importance of the decision and its impact in str
engthening the popular boycott campaign, and consolidating the role of the Yemeni people in supporting the brothers in Gaza and occupied Palestine at the official and popular levels.
The team pointed out the importance of supporting the popular boycott media campaign in coordination with Al-Aqsa Support Committee.
