Abu Dhabi:Italian company Cannon Artes has introduced three advanced technologies for industrial water and wastewater treatment at the ADIPEC 2026 event, focusing on addressing operational challenges in the oil and gas sector.
According to Wam, Mauro Monti, Area Manager at Cannon Artes, highlighted the technologies, which include FlotArt induced gas flotation technology, NutArt nutshell filters, and ZeroGas vacuum deaeration technology. These innovations are designed to enhance treatment efficiency by removing free oil and fine solids, polishing oily water, and eliminating dissolved oxygen, respectively.
These technologies are particularly significant for the UAE's oil and gas industry, where effective produced water treatment and water injection are crucial for optimal performance. Cannon Artes has tailored these solutions to meet the UAE market's technical and operational needs, integrating them into local projects.
Cannon Artes is leveraging ADIPEC 2026 to present its latest developments in water treatment, offering solutions customized for local customers and industrial projects in the oil and gas sector. The company is actively involved in several projects with ADNOC Group, including developments at the Lower Zakum field.
Monti emphasized Cannon Artes' selection as a supplier due to its reliability, performance, and efficient systems. The company also aims to expand its role in the UAE by meeting localisation and in-country value requirements and transitioning from a representative office to a fully established local entity.
