Bushra is designed to improve the quality of healthcare services and the satisfaction of health insurance beneficiaries. According to the release, Bushra enables beneficiaries to seamlessly interact with CHI services anytime, anywhere. Utilizing AI technology, the assistant provides round-the-clock interactive support, delivering swift, accurate, and effective responses that cater to the needs of health insurance beneficiaries. Initially available via the CHI website, Bushra will soon be integrated into the Daman app and WhatsApp services. This will ensure that beneficiaries can easily access the information they need. CHI spokesperson Eman Alturaiki said: "The launch of Bushra underscores our commitment to adopting advanced technologies to deliver exceptional and rapid services to our beneficiaries. Through Bushra, we aim to provide a seamless and eff ective experience that addresses inquiries and needs round the clock, enhancing satisfaction and making interactions with the council's services more convenient."
