The Culinary Arts Commission is preparing for its second appearance at the "Terra Madre Salone del Gusto" event, organized by Slow Food in Turin, Italy, scheduled from September 25 to 30, 2024. During the event, the commission will be featured at the Saudi pavilion and an international food pavilion, showcasing diverse activities related to Saudi culinary arts. The Saudi pavilion will spotlight local communities established in partnership with Slow Food and include a dedicated tasting corner where visitors can explore endangered Saudi foods and preservation efforts. Moreover, the commission will oversee the international food pavilion, which will offer an educational exhibit to preserve culinary practices and heritage. Visitors will have the chance to sample various Saudi dishes. As part of its participation in the event, the commission will present several workshops and sessions to introduce Saudi culinary techniques.
