Culture, Tourism Minister addresses citizens’ complaints

He emphasized the ministry's commitment to resolving these issues and ensuring citizens' rights are upheld. Dr. al-Yafei urged tourism and travel office owners to act with honesty and integrity, warning against any form of deception or exploitation.
