Dbaiba stresses the need to develop cooperation between the state’s civil and military institutions.


The Prime Minister of the National Unity Government, Abdel Hamid Dbaiba, stressed the necessity of developing cooperation between the state’s civil and military institutions, the most important of which is raising the efficiency of those affiliated with the military institution.

This came during his participation on Tuesday morning in the graduation ceremony of the first batch of the Command and Staff College of the General Staff.

In his speech on the occasion, Al-Dbaiba pointed out the launch of the process of construction and reconstruction in all cities and regions, and in all fields, and he said today we are witnessing it in building the cadres of the military institution through the graduation of the first batch of the Command and Staff College and their obtaining a master’s degree.

According to the Prime Minister’s Media Office, Al-Dbaiba issued instructions to the Administrative Centers Development and Development Authority to prepare the necessary designs, maintenance and construction for the head
quarters of the Academy of Maritime Studies to become a gathering of all military colleges affiliated with the General Staff of the Libyan Army.

In turn, Lieutenant General Muhammad Al-Haddad praised in his speech the fruitful cooperation between the Academy of Graduate Studies and the Command and Staff College, the fruits of which are being reaped today with the graduation of the first batch that will contribute to building the military institution according to scientific controls.
