LOS ANGELES, CA / ACCESSWIRE / January 18, 2024 / The Schall Law Firm, a national shareholder rights litigation firm, reminds investors of a class action lawsuit against Mobileye Global Inc. According to the Complaint, the Company made false and misleading statements to the market. Mobileye’s customers purchased excess inventory in fiscal year 2023 to avoid the shortages they experienced in 2021 and 2022. As a result, these customers were carrying a large inventory of the Company’s products, including 6-7 million units of EyeQ System-on-Chips ("SoCs"). Due to this excess inventory, the Company was at risk of its largest customers buying less product in fiscal year 2024. Based on these facts, the Company’s public statements were false and materially misleading throughout the class period. When the market learned the truth about Mobileye, investors suffered damages.
