Death Toll in Gaza and West Bank Surges to 2,215

Gaza, The Palestinian Health Ministry announced that the death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip and the West Bank has surged to 2,215, including 724 children and 458 women with 8,714 injured, including 2,450 children and 1,536 women.

According to the Palestinian News Agency (WAFA), Gaza hospitals recorded the death of 315 citizens, including 90 children and 107 women, in addition to the injury of 1,788 citizens, since Saturday morning.

The Israeli occupation aircraft launched a series of violent raids on all areas of the Gaza Strip from north to south, targeting citizens’ homes and the vicinity of some hospitals, in addition to residential towers.

Despite the warnings of United Nations agencies about the consequences of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, which has continued for the eighth day with a siege imposed on the Strip that includes cutting off water and electricity, the occupation continues to refuse to bring in any aid, medical and food materials and is still continuing with the plan to empty and displace more than a million Palestinians from the Strip.
