Abu Dhabi: KEZAD Group, the largest operator of integrated and purpose-built economic zones, has partnered with Saudi Arabia-based Delmon Industrial Complex to establish a new state-of-the-art plant in the ICAD III (KEZAD Musaffah) area. The two entities have signed a 50-year land lease agreement, marking a significant investment of AED50 million to cater to the oil and gas industry’s needs.
According to Emirates News Agency, this plant will be developed by Delmon Industrial Complex, a key player under the Delmon Group umbrella, which was established in 1981 in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Known for its expertise in mining, oil and gas, chemicals, construction, and logistics services, Delmon Group is expanding into the UAE as part of its strategic growth plan. The plant will span approximately 59,000 square metres and will focus on exploration, extraction, and refining activities to produce specialised products for the oil and gas sector.

n the oil and gas industry, enhancing local manufacturing initiatives. Abdullah Al Hameli, CEO of Economic Cities and Free Zones, AD Ports Group, expressed optimism about this new partnership, highlighting its alignment with sustainable manufacturing goals and economic diversification visions.
Ahmed Sulaiman Alghunaim, Founder of Delmon Industrial Complex, emphasized the importance of this expansion into the UAE, citing the significance of the oil and gas sector in the Emirates and the excellent services provided by KEZAD Group as key factors in their decision.
The collaboration will leverage Delmon Industrial Complex’s expertise in industrial solutions, aiming to deliver innovative products and efficient services to the oil and gas market, thereby enhancing production and distribution processes.
