Dubai Police, du partner to deploy cutting-edge AI solutions for enhanced security operations


DUBAI: Dubai Police has established a strategic partnership with du, the leading telecom and digital services provider, to roll out innovative digital solutions that enhance security operations through advanced artificial intelligence (AI) technologies.

The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Major General Khalid Nasser Al Razooqi, Director of the General Department of Artificial Intelligence at Dubai Police, and Jasim Al Awadi, Chief ICT Officer at du. The signing ceremony, held during GITEX Global 2024 in Dubai, was attended by Brigadier Musabah Saeed Al Ghafli, Director of the General Department of Protective Security and Emergency, and other senior officials.

This collaboration aims to deliver groundbreaking digital solutions, boosting Dubai Police’s decision-making capabilities through AI-driven enhancements. By refining security protocols and response strategies with AI systems designed for law enforcement, the partnership seeks to merge du’s AI expertise with Dubai Police’s operational strength
, ushering in a new era of improved security capabilities and streamlined governmental operations.

Major General Khalid Nasser Al Razooqi stressed that this partnership provides Dubai Police with an opportunity to harness the best AI technologies to enhance security efficiency, operational preparedness, and public safety services.
