The event kicks off with an open-water swim along the Al Mamzar coastline, followed by a cycling route that provides a unique view of Dubai, including the Infinity Bridge and Port Rashid area.

The final leg of the race involves a run through the scenic Al Mamzar Park. Participants can choose from different fitness challenges, starting with the Sprint Triathlon, which includes a 750m swim, 20km cycle, and 5km run. The Olympic Triathlon offers a 1.5km swim, 40km cycle, and 10km run. For experienced athletes, the T100 distance consists of a 2km swim, 80km cycle, and 18km run.
