DUBAI: The Emirates Aerosports Federation announced the completion of preparations for the launch of the 8th edition of the Dubai International Parachuting Championship (DIPC 2024), set to be held from 28th November to 8th December at Skydive Dubai. The championship, organised by the Federation with the support of the Dubai Sports Council, will witness the participation of parachutists from 20 countries. According to Emirates News Agency, the organising committee of DIPC 2024 noted that the location of the Precision Target Championship competitions has been changed to Al Sufouh Beach, due to its ideal and safe location for the jumpers, while the water-skiing championship competitions will be held at Skydive Dubai as usual. Yousef Al Hammadi, Director of DIPC Organising Committee, announced the selection of 26 referees to manage the activities of the two competitions.
