Emirati sprinter Maryam Al Farsi joins UAE delegation for Paris 2024 Olympics

CAIRO: Emirati runner Maryam Mohammed Al Farsi has concluded her training programme in Cairo, Egypt, which began on 15th July, in preparation for competing in the 100-metre sprint at the Paris 2024 Olympics. Al Farsi, 17, will depart Cairo for Paris tomorrow (Wednesday) to join the UAE's delegation. After her Olympic participation, she will return to Cairo to continue her training for a championship scheduled for September in Saudi Arabia. Source: Emirates News Agency
