The company expanded its services to over 129 million customers through a network of more than 200 service stations in the UAE, while its operations extended across 60 countries globally.
According to Emirates News Agency, this performance is a testament to ENOC Group's dedication to a sustainable energy future, driven by operational efficiencies, digital technology adoption, and global reach expansion. The Group made notable strides in renewable energy solutions and cost reductions, reinforcing its commitment to the sustainability goals of Dubai and the UAE.
In 2024, ENOC bolstered the UAE's retail fuel infrastructure by opening nine new service stations. The retail sector saw significant growth, with Tasjeel celebrating 25 years by opening six new sites, and four new ENOC Link Smart Stations enhancing the network. The Group's 'Think Customer' strategy was acknowledged with 15 prestigious awards, recognizing its reliable and efficient services.
ENOC's strategic global expansion was pivotal to its success, with operations in over 60 markets and the completion of the Horizon JPUT Pipeline in Singapore. The lubricant business reached more than 10 new markets, and marine lubricants are now accessible at over 400 ports worldwide. The Group's focus on local talent development resulted in a 52% Emiratisation rate, with full Emiratisation at the Executive level and 80% at the Senior Management level. ENOC is advancing sustainable air travel by supplying 1.17 billion US gallons of jet fuel to over 300 airports in 28 countries. Its Energy and Resource Management initiatives have saved over AED395 million since 2014 and reduced emissions by 703,000 metric tonnes.
In 2024, ENOC achieved 20 million safe man-hours without lost-time incidents, contributing to a total of 115 million safe man-hours since 2018. The Group's Innovation Programme received 1,593 idea submissions, with 138 implemented, resulting in AED99.2 million in financial gains.
