The National Center for Environmental Compliance has successfully processed 1,363 environmental reports during the third quarter of 2024 through its allocated reporting hotline 988. The center highlighted the positive impact of increased reporting on environmental pollution reduction, particularly in residential areas. According to the center, 30% of the reports concerned smoke pollution in residential and industrial zones, which the center addressed to ensure that air quality standards remain within safe limits.
