The Government Expenditure and Projects Efficiency Authority (EXPRO) has won the Best Learning and Development Initiative Award at the HRM Summit in the Kingdom of Bahrain. This award recognizes the contributions of individuals, government entities, and private organizations to advancing human resources management and developing human capital to drive economic growth and promote best practices and technologies in the field. EXPRO Vice President of Human Capital Reem Al-Rehaili said this achievement is a result of the success of the authority's program that is designed to foster a culture of knowledge sharing and transfer among employees, cultivate a strong knowledge-driven environment within the authority, and facilitate seamless job integration.
