Flydubai and Amazon Web Services Partner to Enhance Digital Capabilities

Dubai: Flydubai, the Dubai-based carrier, and Amazon Web Services (AWS) have announced a new collaboration aimed at advancing the airline's digital capabilities and enhancing its customer journey. This partnership will utilize AWS's cloud and artificial intelligence (AI) services to reinforce flydubai's commitment to innovation.

According to Emirates News Agency, the signing ceremony was attended by Mohammed Hareb AlMheiri, Chief Procurement and Technology Officer at flydubai, and Werner Vogels, Chief Technology Officer at Amazon. The collaboration establishes a framework where AWS will support flydubai through structured innovation engagements, focusing on areas such as generative AI for airline operations, data analytics, machine learning, and customer experience enhancement. This initiative is intended to support the carrier's digital services for long-term growth.

Mohammed Hareb AlMheiri commented on the collaboration, stating that this initiative marks an important milestone in flydubai's digital evolution.
