Abu Dhabi:Investigations have revealed that a co-pilot aboard flydubai flight FZ1073 attempted a terrorist act during the flight.
According to Emirates News Agency, the UAE Attorney-General, Counsellor Dr. Hamad Saif Al Shamsi, stated that the co-pilot attacked the captain with a crash axe and tried to seize control of the aircraft.
The investigation is ongoing to determine the full circumstances and motivations behind the incident. Authorities are also examining any potential links and conducting thorough technical analyses of both physical and digital evidence.
The final results of the investigation will be shared once all necessary procedures have been completed.
