Fujairah Natural Resources Corporation, Kuwaiti Ministry of Public Works partner to strengthen joint economic, mining cooperation

FUJAIRAH: Fujairah Natural Resources Corporation (FNRC) today signed a cooperation agreement with the Ministry of Public Works in the State of Kuwait, with the aim of enhancing cooperation in areas of investment, development of mineral resources and mining-related sciences. The agreement was signed by Eid Al Rashidi, Undersecretary of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Public Works, and Ali Qassim, Director-General of FNRC, in the presence of Mohamed Saif Al Afkham, Chairman of FNRC Board of Directors; Ali Salem Al Thayedi, Consul-General of Kuwait in Dubai, and Captain Musa Murad, Director General of Port of Fujairah. Under the agreement, FNRC collaborates with the Kuwaiti Ministry of Public Works in exchanging expertise in various investment and mining sectors, exchanging scientific studies and research, exchanging field and technical visits, mining information and expertise. The two signatories will jointly organise training programmes and events related to investment, mining and earth sciences, unify efforts and c oordinate on joint projects and raise awareness about mineral resources according to the best innovative practices.
