The Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi, has expressed condemnation and denunciation of the attempted assassination of former U.S. President Donald Trump. Albudaiwi stated that this act goes against human and ethical values and principles. He emphasized that violence and terrorism cannot be justified under any circumstances and that the GCC states condemn all forms of violence and terrorism that threaten regional and international peace and security.
