The tenth edition of the Gulf Scientific Olympiad, which is being organized by the Arab Bureau of Education for the Gulf States (ABEGS) in partnership with the Ministry of Education, commenced today in Madinah. Held from October 12 to 15 and hosted by the Madinah Education Department, the event covers mathematics, chemistry, and physics. It is attended by 84 students and 44 supervisors from the member countries. The Gulf Scientific Olympiad aims to improve the ability of students in GCC countries to keep pace with the most recent advancements and new scientific accomplishments, prepare for the International Olympiad, promote communication among those interested in Olympiads, and assist students in identifying their scientific interests and future aspirations.
