Tripoli: The head of the Libyan government assigned by the House of Representatives, Osama Hamad, issued a decision to reconstitute the management committee of the Libyan Relief and Humanitarian Aid Authority and assign Salem Abdel Hadi as the new chairman of the committee. The head of the committee assigned to conduct the handover and takeover ceremonies - Ahmed Al-Warfalli - completed the handover and takeover procedures between the former head of the authority, Abdullah Al-Khafifi, and the new appointed head, Salem Abdel Hadi, in the presence of the Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers in the Libyan government, Mustafa Al-Mismari.
